4Where's the leather?
By R. WHITTEN
This a typical wonderfully engineered and well built (and, as usual, overpriced)Tumi product. The Ipad snaps in snugly, it is trim, compact and easy to grip. However, in spite of the Amazon description, there is hardly any leather involved. I guess the felt-like lining under the front cover is suede. The back is polished hard plastic, and the cover is a nice faux-woven embossed plastic with a very good feel. At half the price it would easily get 5 stars. If you are willing to pay for the best this is a great product.

3The colors are never accurately displayed
By Marc R. Feldesman
Tumi makes wonderful products. They fit, they last, and they always hold up under the abuse given. However, I have been profoundly disappointed with the colors of this particular iPad case. I have ordered three, returned one, and would really like to return a second, but can't bring myself to do it. The pictures do not accurately represent the colors of the iPad cases. The yellow looks like something that would be excreted from a baby; the orange is the strangest shade of orange I've ever seen. The only accurate color is one without color - the steel grey Tumi Tech case. If you are buying these to get vibrant colors, don't waste your money. If you want something with very dull colors, then you might be OK. But what you need to realize is that the colors on Amazon.com and also on the Tumi website do not represent how dull the colors really are. Perhaps it is the material; perhaps the lighting. But whatever it is, be prepared to be surprised. The cases have a great fit, but they aren't what they appear to be.

1Major Desgin Flaw

Not sturdy at all when you use the stand, my ipad fell over. I tried several different times and folded and bended, it just was not sturdy at all. Tumi needs to redesign this product.
