Everything with the case is intact. Tiny hairline crack on the front at the top, but barely noticeable. The plug for the earphone jack is also a bit loose, but I'm purposely nitpicking here. The case is very beautiful.

I love this case. Be aware it is only for the original iPad but I do believe they also have a version for the iPad 2. It is incredibly solid and sturdy. There are 3 different ways to prop up your iPad which is nice. All of the ports are covered to keep them clean and clear. It doesn't seem to effect the sound quality.
My only complaint is that all the ports have easy to access rubber coverings except the charging port. To access that, you have to pull off a big chunk of the hard plastic and set it somewhere leaving it not connected to the case like the others. Which for me means it could get lost. I can't for the life of me understand how on earth they overlooked this. Luckily, my husband works at a shop and he just took in that plastic piece and drilled out a hole so I can keep the whole cover on while it's charging. As annoying as it is I still think this is the best cover I've come across.

it does its job as the Otterbox. looks good in the black and pink. even has a holder that propes it up for better viewing and can even cover the screen. the only bad thing is that it makes the IPad heaver, but its expected for a dependable shield around it. also there is no protective screen for it so you might want to get a screen protecter also.

Christmas present to my Grand Daughter (college student) perfect gift to protect her I Pad. She loves the color combination and is happy with the protection the otter box provides (also the color combination makes the I Pad stand out, providing passive protection from thieves). Tom.
