works great, exactly as described
By R. Berry
The Good:
Sturdy aluminum case, perfectly matches the ipad color wise, the finish is slightly different. The key feel is good with plenty of bounce to them. Takes a bit of time to get used to it since it is considerably smaller than a typical laptop keyboard.
IT HAS ARROW KEYS..... I'll never understand why apple people don't think you need arrow keys, they are so useful and my fingers are pretty clumsy and I never ever manage to select the middle of a word, just the end and have to backup and retype the whole thing.
Using the ipad in the horizontal position you would almost think you were on a tiny mini laptop.... using it vertical works fine on a flat hard surface, but on my lap it is top heavy and tilts easy. In either position it securely holds the ipad in place without bending or flexing the case.
When folded down it rests on rubber bumpers in the corners and the keys do not touch the screen like a few of the folio style keyboards do.
Things the could improve:
The position of the lock key is annoying, right above the delete key I tend to hit it a lot by accident. All the ipad keyboards I have seen share this flaw. They could move the top row up 1/4" and it would solve the problem.
I wish it also included a small trackpad, would be handy, but only one case out there has that and it has an additional battery as well, and is a good bit heavier, bulkier, and more pricey.
An app for the ipad to link to it and tell me remaining battery life, have only used it for 2 days, so no idea how long the keyboard battery is good for, but a charge indicator on it or in an app to read it over the bluetooth would be great.
unrelated comments:
No protection on the back and no way to use the keypad at the same time as I read ebooks...i.e. I take it out of the case to read ebooks and the back is still slick, I'll probably get a dodocase bookback for that purpose since it doesn't interfere with using this case.
Overall I like it a bunch and will use it frequently.

Luvvitt Keyboard Case
By Mandy Minervo
I've received this as a gift and wanted to write a review because I really love it. It's surprisingly light weight and slim. Integrates and looks beautiful with the iPad. I recommend to anyone looking for a good quality keyboard case for ipad.

Very good, but not perfect, keyboard cover
By Judy
The keyboard cover was very easy to set up and use. It is much better than using the touchscreen to type, and the smooth aluminum matches the back of my iPad beautifully. However, the position of the lock key (just above the backspace/delete key) makes me prone to locking the screen frequently--although it unlocks exactly to where I last was typing. The keyboard is cramped, even for my relatively small hands/fingers. However, I cannot imagine any other keyboard cover being less cramped. Because the cover is so sleek and thin, it can easily be used with a separate neoprene cover to protect both the iPad and keyboard cover.
