good case
By chris loughlin
looks good, protects the iPad. doesn't add too much bulk. i don't plan on dropping it but i know that it will protect the iPad. i have a similar case for my iPhone which i dropped on to concrete hard enough to move the Mute button. but the phone was undamaged. i'm stoked!

Fantastic case, great feel...only worry is the stand.
By Randel
We have had our Mini and the Xtreme case both for a little over a month now. We have 3 kids, all ages 5 and under, so...we have to PROTECT our electronics. This case is great. It's quite sturdy, built-in (solid) screen protector, built-in stand...and that alone is why I am not giving this thing 5 stars. If I could I'd give it 4.5, but alas... The stand is nice, although (probably since it's still new enough) a bit tough to protract, and yet I'm quite certain that my kids will either meaningfully or unknowingly "remove" this thing. The slide/slot that connects the stand to the back of the case does not feel as sturdy as the rest of the case. I'm not worried about the iPad being damaged at all, just that back stand-which probably isn't worth worrying about, but... The iPad has already taken a bit of a beating, a tumble or 2 and several pokes & prods from the children, but the screen always wipes clean (usually with a t-shirt and a heavy breath) and again, I am not worried about this case protecting my iPad Mini, I know that it will. Has a great feel, too! We used to have an Otterbox Commuter case when we had our iPad 1st gen, but this case has a great texture and feels much more sturdy overall. With the Commuter, the kids "got to" the iPad every so often, but this thing would sure take them a while to figure out how to remove.
Oh, the only other thing I can really think of is that in the pictures it almost looks black and orange. This is definitely not the case (so to speak), it is very much a heavy, almost military green, not black. But I'm not complaining, it looks great!
